Unser Prototyp geht in Serie.

Note: Original batch brewed at Rækker Mølle Bryghus on 16.1.2013, it was 13.9° and brewed with "Belgian abbey malt" in addition to Czech Tennenmalz.

330ml bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy, deep straw, with a white head. Malty, quite hoppy, slightly grainy aroma, citrus, caramel, yeast, orange peel, spruce. Dry, medium body and bitterness, balanced CO2. Malty, quite grainy taste, hops, spruce, citrus peel, earth, apricot, caramel, faintly phenolic and/or oxidized. A bit rough around the edges, but quite nice any old how. (2014-09-04)

12oz bottle shared at RBSG hotel tasting. Clear golden, slight orange color. Thin white head, loose lace. Bready light spicy malt. Smooth, kind of soft crisp lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter, light spicy. Solid bready whatever this is! Good zesty grapefruit light spicy herbal hop aroma. Interesting stuff.

330ml bottle. Ingested during a tasting where a myriad of more distinguished beers were being poured, but at any rate it was a nice change to have this. Herbal, not super malty, missing some depth but palate was shot.

Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Hazy pale gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and airy, little fine carbonation. Light malt base. Light lime led tropical fruits. Light semi dry finish. Not bad, nice fruity hops.

Bottle. Foam almost runs over the top when opening. Distinctly sweet smell, exotic fruits (mango, peach, lychee), mixed with hops. Balance is just right, 1 percent sweeter and this would be like lemonade. In the taste, it actually is a little too sweet for me and not as well balanced: you get a lot of flavor from the exotic fruits at the beginning, but it slowly develops into a bitter aftertaste that does not accompany the fruity start of this beer well. Good start, mediocre finish. The aromas of this one are worth the buy though.
