2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Shared a bottle with Kroett.
Amber colour with little blur. Rocky, creme coloured head. Aroma of malts and hops and maybe a little bit of caramel. Some light roasted malt flavours in the beginning, then bitter-sweet with nothing extraordinary. Aftertaste is dry with some hops. Nothing special, a drinkable Kellerbier overall.

50cl bottle @ home from Rewe, Germany. Slightly hazy amber color, big rocky off-white mostly lasting excellent lacing head. Aroma light caramel, slightly roasted malt, carrot notes, light cereal. Taste light sweetness, light to medium bitterness, hint of sourness. Light to medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation, watery lagerish short lasting bitter-sweet finish. Refreshing, not too exciting, Doesn’t differ much from any lager beers.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
500 ml flip-top bottle bought at Gorgeous Wine & Cigar in Yuen Long.
Cloudy hazy amber brown colour with some dirt-like yeast sediments; Two and a half finger head and crumpety off-white foam which lasted for 3 minutes; Excellent, beautiful sticky lacing and near zero carbonation; Fragrant aroma of lager malt, with honey, light musty, floral nectar, molasses, thick bread, yeast, light lemon and light grass; Pleasant, mid to light sweet taste of full malt, with caramel, light floral nectar, molasses, dark bread, biscuits, strong yeast, fairly light lemon and light grassy hops; Mid to light body, quite thick palate; Mouth feel is pretty fulfilling malty lager, quite thin body, not much carbo, very easy to gobble down; Good essence of floral, honey nectar and light molasses, plus strong yeast and breadyness as if I am drinking a sweet dark bread. Yummy! Hoppiness is light lemon and very l;ight grassy hops in nose and tasse. Bitterness comes in notes for a malty juicy finish; Quite dry after taste, very easy to mouth.
Comments: This is an all-round solid Keller Bier - good colour, great head and beautiful lacing, malty and nectar-like taste dark bread palate, and notable yet low key hoppiness. Highly drinkable and enjoyable, grab one when you see ‘em!
