Swing-top bottle. Creamy/sour barley malt and grassy hops aroma. Golden yellow color with large, long-lasting off-white head and moderate effervescence. Creamy barley malt and moderate green grass hops flavor. Nicely blended and good body. An excellent beer - very hoppy for a German beer.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Pale malty aroma with notes of sour dough, barnyard and herbal, slightly grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Soft pale malty taste with pronounced herbal hoppy notes, lingering into the dry and moderately bitter finish. As good as simple. Bravo. 01.IV.10

It’s golden with a white, creamy head and the aroma has notes of flower, fresh hay and malt. The flavour is slightly sweet and has the same pleasant notes as the aroma. The finish is slightly dry and bitter. It’s refreshing and pleasant.

50cl bottle. Clear golden/yellow with small white head. Nose : strong flower aromas with light citrusy and mellow bread notes. Little hay. Sip : low density with airy creamy texture. Light carbonation. I like this kind of body. A bit sweet with flavors of citrus. Overall it’s a delicate beer with strong flower aromas.

50cl Bottle from bierkoning, thanks Edo! Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, cocoa, a bit of caramel, bready malts, light hoppy. Flavour is light sweet, malty, nice classic pilsener flavours, light fruity, hint of cocoa, good grassy bitter finish. Light-bodied. I quite liked this.
