500 ml flip top bottle: poured cloudy lemony yellow with a full thick white head. Light clove and banana aroma. Flavor is light from this run-of-the-mill weizen. Light banana, light clove, some hops. Easy drinking but not much to speak of. There are a hundred better hefeweizens.

Bottle. Huge bubbly white head that mostly lasted. Good lacing. Orange cloudy colour. Yeast, citrus, spice, coriander, banana, clove. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation. Flavour was light sweet malty notes with light acidic. Finish was sweet and somewhat spicy and sour at the very end.

pivnizub (8797) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - DEC 20, 2006
Flip-top bottle: Deep golden, hazy, bigger fluffy head, slowly diminishing to a small, stable creamy layer; moderate fruity nose: oranges and bananas with some cloves lolling around in the wings, yeasty aromas are not complezely hidden; slightly sweetish flavour, light bodied, soft MF; slick, sweetish-wheaty finish with a illusion of tartness and bitterness. Not bad, but a bit monotonous...............

Bottle, 4.9%. Nice banana aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Stable creamy white head. Good, spicy banana flavour. A bit sweet with a little fishy smokyness. Appropriately high carbonation.

(swing top bottle) Cloudy orange colour with a big fluffy white foam. Sweet wheat-malty and slightly sour citrus-fruity aroma with a touch of banana and dense clovy note. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium body, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Wheaty and fruity (citrus, banana) taste; slightly sour and fruity finish with only a tinge of cloves.

maeib (8664) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - FEB 4, 2006
Bottled. A hazy orange-yellow coloured hefe with a large whitish head. The aroma and taste are typical hefe: clove, banana and bubblegum. Thinnish body, nothing to get excited about but perfectly reasonably drinkable.

(Bottle 50 cl) Golden - starts clear, then hazes - with a bubbly head. Lots of fruity notes in the flavour, citrus and some exotic mango. Nice Hefe - and a cute beerdrinking boar on the label. 210602
