UPDATED: MAY 8, 2006 Good, the head is almost not here, but the flavor is unusual, a little smoked and very red if you put it against the light.

Cask @ GBBF 2005: Brown/red coloured. Brownish head. Fruit, cocoa and coffee in the aroma. Is dry in the flavour. Cocoa and coffee again. Light roastiness. Has a nice sweetness to balance the dark flavours. Is quite fresh. Is quite fresh. Me like.

Cask at White Cart, Busby. Dark brown, rocky head. Aroma of dark fruits, roast barley. Full bodied with a minerally, roasty finish. Good stuff.

Cask conditioned at The Anchor, Birmingham. Big rocky white head, creosote brown colour. Gently fruity aroma. Rich, blackcurrant flavour, with a creamy, mild quality. This has a lingering finish, and is very tasty, dark brew.
