Bottle at Blackfriers, thanks Derek. Golden with a mediunm white head. Lots of flowery and fruity tones. Malts, hops and flowers. Medium body with a nice, dry finish.

I bought this bottle in a local pub in Barrhead, Scotland 2005. It’s a dark golden beer with a nice head. The aroma has notes of fruit and caramel and the flavour is lightly sweet and has a lot of fruit, caramel and aroma hops. I do not find the wheat. It has a nice, dry finish and a lot of personality.

at the battersea beer fest, enjoyed it more than some of the others, definitely a dry aftertaste.

Pourned into the glass looking as though someone had perhaps swapped it with a glass of amber piss with very little head. Aroma gave citrus and grassy hops kelbur written all over it with its use of malt. Taste is similar and very easy to drink due to the lack of carbonation.
