COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed specifically for the 2011 Paisley Beer Festival. A unique golden-coloured brew combining 3 hops and 3 malts. Hoppy, citrus flavours and hints of biscuit, with a lingering after-taste.

Cask (gravity) @ Paisley Beer Festival 2011. Slightly hazy golden colour, white bubbles. Aroma is slightly hoppy, with citrus. Flavour is light malted, citrus. Well drinkable.

Cask @ 2011 Paisley Beer Festival. A one off brew for this festival. Golden yellow colour, not much head. Biscuit aroma. Grapefruit flavour, bitter aftertaste. Good golden ale.
