Cask at Haymarket Bar, Edinburgh. Pours a hazy dark amber with some head. The nose has biscuits and ginger. There are more ginger biscuits on the taste. The palate has a medium structure, a medium texture/mouthfeel and a slightly burnt but still fairly clean finish. Overall, a decent bitter.

Cask @ The Drum & Monkey. Medium brown colour, reasonable head. Sour malt aroma. Dry fruity malt flavour, bitter aftertaste. Brewed exclusively for Nicholson Bars. Not Kelburn’s best.

cask at haymarket ...copper creamy tan head ... soft light malt fruit nose ... big zezty lime ... very nice ... soft balance ... light juicy fruits ... very very drinkable ... with just a light bitter linger
