Cask (gravity dispense) at Battersea Beer Festival, 11 February 2010. I know very little about this operation other than they plan to open a brewery at the Keld Lodge Hotel in North Yorkshire but haven’t done so yet and the beers are currently brewed at Old Bear. I don’ t know what level of involvement the Kelda people have in the production process. This beer was described in the festival programme as "pale gold with dry bitterness" and that about sums it up. Solid but not too much to really distinguish it from the pack.

Cask at the Battersea Beer Festival, 10th Feb 2010. Bright light gold colour with a slight haze. Lovely delicate plum aroma. Smoky, medicinal flavour. Dry in the middle, actually sweetens and gets fruitier at the finish. Very nice. A bit thin for 4% but a very drinkable session beer.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma of faint hops. Flavour of cardboard, a bit hoppy, maybe hint of citrus. Not very well.
