Cask Handpump at the Fat Cat, Sheffield 09/10/2010 Floral hop aroma. Golden coloured smooth on the palate and hoppy with a hint of dryness and bitterness in a crisp lasting malt finish.

Cask, The York, Sheffield, UK. Medium gold, hay aroma. Balanced flavour, sweet cereal with a mild sharpness.

Bright straw coloured body under a thin, white head. Grassy hops to the nose. Grass, lemon and leafy hops in flavour. Hints of berries, too. Dry, short-lived bitter tail. Oily palate. Cask, half at Fat Cat in Sheffield 1 Oct 10.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 20/10/10. Golden in colour with a decent white head. Some cereal malts, touch of fruits and leafy hop and a short, bitter finish. Forgettable.
