COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - January.
A dark, ruby winter beer with little aroma. Malt and caramel, along with some fruitiness and dryness, are in the taste, which also has plum notes and chocolate, and develops into a dry, but sweet, aftertaste.

A Mes rate: Cask at The Crown.
Very dark brown with a slim tan head. Incredible coffee malt and earthy aroma with some stunning aromatic hoppage in the background. Proper stout flavour. Thick black car tyre malt with lots of dark fruit and a lovely delicate bitterness from the hops. Gorgeous chocolate on the finish eventually leaving some more bitter hops. Great stuff.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Good looking Stout. Very sweet berry flavour. Fairly thick, but not a massively long flava. This is pleasant, but gets less interesting as it warms up. Really a very sweet stout.
