COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - May. Also bottle conditioned.
Brewed using the same fruity flavoured North American hops which feature in our multi award winning Pale Rider along with beautiful roasted barley fresh from Yorkshires leading maltings, plus water drawn from the foothills of the Pennines. We bring you Night Rider. Dark as can be, smooth as you like, with wonderful chocolate after tastes.

In bottle. Pours a deep ruby - brown colour with a thin light tan head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee and caramel. Similar chocolate and caramel flavours with a distracting sake yeast character. Mild carbonation and CO2 prickle. Oily mouth-feel. Not really my thing.
