COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - April 2009.
Optic Malt and Pale ale malt combine to give a sweet flavourful brew with a punchy hop aroma. Grapefruit, citrus, Sherbet pine fresh character with hops from New Zealand. Brewed to commemorate Ten Years in our new brewery and featuring a Pete McKee painting of a northern soul man .

Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest ’09. Gold with white head. Very popular on the last day of the festival, a steady queue formed when the word got round of how well it was drinking, rightly so. Tangy peachy and grapefruit notes with a most unusual hop flavour. Good refreshing bitterness, pretty decent.

Cask, Crescent, Salford. Clear golden colour with a thin off white head. Juicy grapefruit and hop aroma. Very fruity, slightly sweet flavour with peach notes and decent hoppage ; leading to a nicely bitter finish. Pretty tasty.
