From the Bottle at Chris O’s, Kensal Rise 06/08/2010 (2005 Vintage) Slightly sweet aroma. Golden coloured hazy in appearance and smooth on the palate with a dry sherry flavoured finish.

Bottle 500ml.

[ Vintage 2005 ]. Clear light medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, toasted, vintage, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, vintage, oxidide. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100730]

Bottled. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, earth and some mild raisiny notes. Flavour is quite much the same with also some slight wooden bitterness in the finish.

50 cL bottle, 2005 vintage. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is overripe and oxidised. Flat malty and slight overripe fruity flavoured. Dry malty finish.

Bottle. Gold, thin white head and low condition. Good juicy fruit chewing gum and piney citric hop in the nose, quite thin and dry in the mouth with a gentle hop bitterness and a slightly oily mouthfeel, slightly dry and peppery bitter hoppiness lingering in the finish.
