bottle from Toom Aalen. Clear pale yellow colour, large and creamy white head. Intensive hoppy aroma, spreading in the room. Resiny-herbal hoppy nose. Light- to medium-bodied. Shy malty background. The beer is dominated by a dry hop profile with a resiny character.

Appearance: Pours a light, pale golden-hued body with a thin white head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet malty, and the end is quite bitter

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, bigger fluffy lacy white head; dry malty and grassy hoppy nose with a metallic tinge; dry bitter-sweet flavour, a bit fizzy, light bodied; some sourish traces in the bitter-sweet finish. Not great at all......

(bottle) Slightly unclear, greenish golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Strawy malty aroma with grassy and herbal hops, also a tinge of metal. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a sharp carbonation. Strawy pale malt-character, quite one-dimensional with herbal accents; quite dry and bitter hoppy finish with traces of malty sweetness and metal in the aftertaste. Rather mediocre. 16.XI.10
