Serving: from bottle--purchased at Allendörfer. Aroma: lightly hoppy. Appearance: small, frothy, off-white, initial head with fair lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Cloudy, medium-amber body. Taste: lightly sour initial flavor and finish with short duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: very good. Easy to drink.

500 ml flip-top bottle bought at Gorgeous Wine & Cigar in Yuen Long.

Cloudy hazy amber brown colour with some dirt-like yeast sediments; Two and a half finger head and crumpety off-white foam which lasted for 3 minutes; Excellent, beautiful sticky lacing and near zero carbonation; Fragrant aroma of lager malt, with honey, light musty, floral nectar, molasses, thick bread, yeast, light lemon and light grass; Pleasant, mid to light sweet taste of full malt, with caramel, light floral nectar, molasses, dark bread, biscuits, strong yeast, fairly light lemon and light grassy hops; Mid to light body, quite thick palate; Mouth feel is pretty fulfilling malty lager, quite thin body, not much carbo, very easy to gobble down; Good essence of floral, honey nectar and light molasses, plus strong yeast and breadyness as if I am drinking a sweet dark bread. Yummy! Hoppiness is light lemon and very l;ight grassy hops in nose and tasse. Bitterness comes in notes for a malty juicy finish; Quite dry after taste, very easy to mouth.

Comments: This is an all-round solid Keller Bier - good colour, great head and beautiful lacing, malty and nectar-like taste dark bread palate, and notable yet low key hoppiness. Highly drinkable and enjoyable, grab one when you see ‘em!

Amber coloured beer with average head. Unfiltered and thereby slightly cloudy. Aroma of grass, hay and citrus-like hop. Taste of sourdough, medium bitter and slightly watery.

Hazy amber with a small white head. Malty aroma of bread and grain, with notes of straw. Sweetish malty flavour, quite clean, with grassy and herbal hops and a mild bitter finish

Brown with a beautiful creamy white head. Hoppy and yeasty in nose. More hoppy than the normal for the style, but also with some cereal and yeast. Soft carbonation. Good.
