Jan 31, 2006 Had on tap at the brewery, this is a definite malt monster. A bit cloying for me overall, although not horrible. Notes of raisins and caramel apparent in the aroma. Pines, caramel and malt in the flavor. Goes well with the St. Louis ribs they serve.

Mar 9, 2005 At Beerapalooza Strong Ale class. Big malt bomb with notes of dried fruits and figs. Quite a caramel malt flavor with a sweet finish.
