COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our version of the classic English Brown Ale, also known as London Brown. It has a deep amber color with zero hop aroma. The malty profile is smooth and easy to drink. A good choice for those who don't want any hop bitterness. 15 IBUs.

Dark copper brown with no head. Aroma of grain and caramel. Watery palate. Tastes of mild caramel with some subtle nutty notes and an interesting perfumy finish.

UPDATED: NOV 30, 2008 This beer made me the happiest, and is a real achievement. Dark, roasty sweet chocolate and coffee, very nice balance, very well-handled malts. I have a theory that they crossed the tap lines and I was actually drinking the porter, but until that is proven, Kelly’s Brown wins hands-down.
