Tap, brewery. Pours a clear reddish amber body with a wispy beige head. The nose is toasty and lighty sweet with minimal hoppiness. The flavor is on the sweeter side and thin with a lingering toastiness. Lighter bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Pretty bland stuff.

Tap@Kelly's, Key West. Reddish Amber beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is plainly hopped, and the flavour is bitter with yeastiness. Overall a plain red ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewpub. Comes a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Taste is the same but with a faint bit of hops. This was the best one offered here IMHO.

Draft at Kelly’s. a fairly clear red, small white head. A light buttery note with some bready malt character. Taste is similar. A pleasantly sweet malt flavor with just a touch if roastiness to dry it out. Pretty solid.

Tap at Kelly's. Pours a reddish amber with no head. Big caramel malty aroma with some earthy notes. Body is overly sweet malt, skunky taste. Never like these beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap. Mostly clear amber pour with a small head. Caramel aroma and taste, but as others mention, it comes across stale.

On draft at Kelly’s, poured a clear copper with a hint of caramel, slight roast aroma. Not much carbonation and sort of leaves a stale aftertaste after each sip.

Draft… Clear copper ale with no head. The aroma is quite restrained, but there are muted notes of chocolate, caramel and toasted nuts. Barely medium-bodied with very little carbonation. Uninspired flavor. Nothing wrong or flawed, just very catholic. Well-balanced, at least. Watery, somewhat refreshing finish. As GoT mentioned, the low carbonation really gives the beer a stale slant.

On tap. Aroma is sweet caramel malts with some roasty tones. Dark red with an average sized head. Sweet taste with a little bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied and soft. Nothing special.

Draft at brewpub. Really low carbonation, that is pretty detrimental to the beer overall. The malt character is fine, with some nice roastiness and caramel. Nothing too special going on in the nose. I enjoy the flavor, but the lack of carbonation almost makes it seem a little stale.
