2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 dimenhetfield (1749) - , USA - AUG 23, 2010
I’m not gonna try and bash this one into the ground but it really didn’t do anything for me. The aroma was a little bit citrusy and had little hints of zest but the whole thing pretty much sucked. The appearance looked like lemon gatorade to be honest.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 BVery (2609) - Burnsville, Minnesota, USA - APR 16, 2012
Tap. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Nose is clove and wheat. Some mild banana in the taste as well.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 burg326 (1115) - Florida, USA - AUG 5, 2011
Low carbonation, cloudy yellow pour, faint hint of citrus and cloves. Not much flavor, stale aftertaste.
1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20 UnholyBrewing (532) - Central Florida(Upper Hell), Florida, USA - JUL 2, 2008
...tap at brewpub. I can’t believe this beer actually gets sold like it is noteworthy, this was watery trash. It’s definitely not a wheatbeer, nor does it look, or taste like one. No head, no flavor, no body, what a joke. Anyone who rates this highly has no idea about a good wheat. They need a new brewmaster at this place.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Tmoney99 (7311) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 15, 2008
Draft at brewpub. Poured a
hazy yellow color with a moderate fizzy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Medium citrus and small clove aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Medium citrud sweet flavor with a medium citrus sweet finish of moderate duration. Average drinkable brew.
1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 rlgk (5598) - Skövde, SWEDEN - MAR 3, 2008
Draught at Kellys Caribbean Bar & Grill & Brewery, Key West. Yellow/golden color, almost no head. Hardly no aroma at all. Hoppy, soapy flavor. Not a wheat beer, not a good beer.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Enniskillen (2008) - Salinas, California, USA - MAY 21, 2007
Draft. Clear gold, nice head, but clear??? Not even a nick of fogginess to it. Light fruitiness to it, light banana esters, ok body.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 slimchill (981) - Austin, Texas, USA - MAR 1, 2007
FBG07. Balanced yeast nose, some citrus. Extremely cloudy off yellow with zero head except for a few bubbles. Very refreshing and drinkable session beer. Almost watery, but works well. Flavor is simple, yeasty wheatbeer.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 nick76 (3598) - Tampa, Florida, USA - FEB 24, 2007
The aroma is like a light wheat with malt, coriander, and some banana. The appearance is hazy pale gold. The flavor is more sour than most wheats but does taste like one. The palate is thin. The most disappointing thing about this beer was the sourness.
0.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 KAggie97 (3290) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - JAN 23, 2007
Tap at brewpub. Pours gold and thin. Nothing much else to say about this mess, but I will anyway. Smells like stale beer, tastes like a flat Pilsner, feels like water on the tongue, and it was an "appropriate" ending to a less-than-enjoyable experience at this place.
