Tap at dba Brooklyn: Hazy deep golden pour with a strong white film. Nice farm/horsey aroma- lemony citruses, mild leather and straw/hay notes. The brett is beginning to kick up. Fluffy crisp body- dryish flavor- fairly vacant, however, with a papery note and vague tannic notes. Mineraly on the back. Fairly simple flavor, with more developed aromatics, but this should improve over time. (I’d like to see it bottled).

Tap at dba Williamsburg. Deep hazy golden beer with a thin white head. Aroma is lightly spicy with a bit of crackery pale malts. Light lemon and a soft crackery maltiness. Nice zestiness with a bit of sweet stone fruit. A little bit of orange peel and some lemon citrus as well. There are some light cologne-like elements in here. It’s pretty nice and I suspect it will continue to develop nicely.

Cask at Brazen Head. Gold amber color with aromas of grass, citrus and funky brett. Pleasant mild citrusy sweetness in the flavor with some funky suggestions. Some herbal bitterness on the finish. Not particularly "bretty." Almost saison-like in character. Nice and curiously refreshing actually. I was surprised to happen upon this on cask at the Brazen Head some months back. I haven’t noticed it advertised elsewhere.
