tap at brazen head, brooklyn- so utterly terrible that i could not finish the beer and actually left the bar- was this supposed to be a "smoked" pilsner because the flavor was so phenolic and harsh, I thought it was a smoked beer- it would have been a bad one at that- one of the worst beers I’ve had in a long time.

Draft with Brendan and Erica. Pours a light body with white head. Aroma is clean malt, corn and hay. Mouthfeel is thin and light with pretty much nothing really standing out - just a clean lager.

Tap at Growler & Gill. Pours clear gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is Pils malt, earthy and spicy hops. Flavor is malt forward with medium hops and bitterness, a clean lager character and a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation.

Cobra Club in Bushwick: Pours golden without much head. Aroma is basically pale lager. Taste is boring. Somewhat sweet. Not enough hops. This is pretty meh.

The aroma is toasted malt, pale malts, flowers, The apperance is piss yellow, white head. The flavor is toasted malt, floral hops. The finish is floral hops, some malty sweetness. Not good.

Draft. Clear gold body. Thick, frothy white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of straw, toasted grain, grass. Hint of floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Thin to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. On the sweet bready side, it’s crisp and, for the most part, clean. Less hop flavor than one would want. Easy drinking.

On draught. Pours a pale straw gold with a thin-moderate white head. The aroma is grain with a bid of bread along with some light floral notes. The flavor is very similar with the same grain and light bread. Mild hops bitterness at the finish. Light in body.
