tap at brazen head, brooklyn- so utterly terrible that i could not finish the beer and actually left the bar- was this supposed to be a "smoked" pilsner because the flavor was so phenolic and harsh, I thought it was a smoked beer- it would have been a bad one at that- one of the worst beers I’ve had in a long time.

Very slightly hazy golden blonde coloured body with a moderately dense, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, cardboard, very light hops and some hints of lemons and citrus - not horrible, but not great. Light-bodied; Good biscuity fresh malt flavour with some subdued but noticeable malt tastes with a hint of citrus and perhaps even more hop notes, but still on the light side. Aftertaste shows some depth in the malt category with more of an earthy and rugged side and some noticeable but subdued sugars. Overall, a decent pils with some decent flavours and nothing bitter nor offensive - so good to drink for the season. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 08-November-2014 for US$2,25 sampled at home in Washington on 30-December-2014.

On draft at Blackstone. A pretty sweet, mellow pilsner, but still has some Hallertau nip. Good.

Canned. Lightly dank and pleasantly hoppy nose just straight Saaz. Hazy and lightly cloudy golden with consistent carbonation and a dense white head. Medium body crisp and full of zest and zing, bright sunny pils malt with lemon citric and floral hops, touch of toffee and delicate, fine bitterness. Pretty clean, touch grainy, but with outstanding freshness. Finish is dry and the overall result is super-refreshing. Impressed!

Draft pour. Near, clear gold with a finger of white head. Nose of hay, some corn, bread and faint lemon. Light body. Some Saaz hops rounding on the flavor. A touch thin. Crisp finish. Overall: straightforward, fairly well executed.

Clear straw yellow pour with a soapy white head that lingers into very nice lacing. Aroma of skunk, grain, and lemon. Mostly lemon and grain flavor though beer seems watered down. Not great.

Pours a clear light yellow with white head. Has a grainy and lemon aroma. Taste is heavy with earthy tones including grains, malt, and light spices. A dry finish.
