Golden yellow pour topped by a tight white head. The aroma is quite grassy and spicy. Lots of yeast derived spice and dried hay. A fairly herbal hoppiness over the top along with bright lemon, lemongrass, and orange citrus. Zesty with a bit of prickly carbonation. Lightly tropical along with a mix of citra/amarillo or similar type hops. Dry and assertively hopped. Good stuff in here.

Aroma: The nose had some spice, a little funk, dust, and some herbal notes
Appearance: The pour was a cloudy yellowish-orange color with an off-white head
Flavor: The taste is similar to the nose, somewhat sweet, it has a decent saison flavor
Palate: The body on this one was somewhat on the light side, fairly crisp, with a decently dry finish
Overall Impression:
I’m actually the one who added this one, but I never got around to taking my notes and posting them to the site until now. They didn’t list the ABV at Whole Foods, so my apologies to the those who came here looking for one and couldn’t find it. Anyway, this was some really solid beer.

Finally a saison Paul and Dany haven’t ticked, for now. Pours a hazy golden body with a white pillow top head. Aromtically a bit herbal and fruity. Spicy and musky yeast tones, light pepper y spice, a hint of earth y bitterness. A lighter citrus note afloat mid palate before drying out with a brisk spiced and bitter finish. Nice offering.

On tap at Rattle, where Joe and I stopped on our way to meet up with Zach prior to going to Get Real NY. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Fuzzy musk, bright citrus, very crisp. Musky, with touches of toast and wheat. Sweet and simple. Musky, yeast and lightly peppery. Crisp bitterness and more musk. Very nice.

Draft at RnH with Linh. Pours hazy orange with thin lacing. Aroma is wheaty and slight citrus. Aroma is thin and smooth with notes of wheat and citrus.

This was in the low 6% abv, on-tap at Rattle N Hum. Funky aroma, sourness in aroma, less so in taste, a little stringent, apple juice. Cloudy yellow with lace.Decent drinkability.

Draft. Pours gold with a thin white head. Spicy and floral yeasty aroma with light fruity notes. The flavor has spicy yeast, light floral notes, and some peachy and citric fruity notes, followed by a dry finish. Pretty good.
