Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Flowery and spicy yeasty aroma. The flavor has spicy yeast and grassy and floral notes. Decent.

A hazed blonde saison with thin lacing white head. In aroma, a grassy soapy spiced malt with light cloves. In mouth, a chalky sweet malt with light spices, so-so. On tap at TAP NY, April 28, 2012.

Pouring at TAPNY. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft wheat and musk. Medium bodied, grain and faint musk. Light lemon, musk. Grainy on the finish with a bit more muskiness coming back.

tap at RnH - peachy fruit, not enough funk. some bready malts and a touch vegetal. cabbage?

On draft at the Blind Tiger Ale House NYC. Unfiltered with a good palate. A smooth saison with subtle sweetness and mild bitterness.

On tap WFM into my growler. Hazy with a golden color with small white head. Light bitter taste with a lighter body than I prefer for a Saison. Carbonation was average and the finish did not linger. Average beer.

Tap at the Diamond: Effervescent golden orange pour with an off white consistent film. Aroma is quite buttery. Apparent diacetyl with a grainy note in the background. Crisp carbonation. Light body- the flavor has fruity yeast notes- seems like hot fermentation esters that clash with butterscotch (diacetyl). Quite buttery with a nondescript grainy back. Why don’t they just do a diacetyl rest? Wasn’t it already hot fermentation with a Saison yeast? Weird.

cask with strawberry at spuyten. Nice sopay bubble wwthead on aslightly pink yellow body. Not much aroma and what. Is there is off the flavoris complex and wonderfull starts of much like any other like it and then hits a pop that is all the flavor of straberry with no sweetness. Finish is sour with funk and straw.

Cask at Chelsea Cask Fest. Cloudy yellow pour. Lightly skunked hops, cheddar cheese, wheat. Full bodied, lemony flavor. Easy drinking with a touch of horsey flavors. Not great but I enjoyed this.
