I had never seen any of this brewery's beers before, but I won't learn much from this tasting. The beer was manifestly not in good condition, but no worse than others at the festival. A darkish best bitter that was drinkable, but no more than that. Cask (gravity) Battersea Beer Festival.

Cask Conditioned, at the Battersea Festival, London.
Tawny amber with a reddish hue. Foggy condition. This was the very last beer noted. It was a bit rushed by an overall score of 2.5 was noted.

Gravity @ The Pissing Contest in Battersea. Murky dark ale. Nothing significant from the aroma. Dark, fruity and vaque. No real hop awareness. Fairly green. Allowance made for the condition.
