Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2010. Orange deep colour. Thin cream head. Diacetyl. But then lovely strawberry jam fruit. Diacetyl aroma dies down. Good finish.

Clear medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, dark dried fruit, caramelized. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, caramelized, caramel, burnt sugar, light alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, light alcoholic. [20120330]

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel and a little toffee. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, caramel, fruit, little hop, little toffee, little candy and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, caramel, grass and hops. Soft carbonated and medium bodied.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear brown - white head. Caramel, roasted notes, chocolate, cocoa, lots of malts, light bitterness, toffee, butterscotch, marzipan. A bit wierd.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, and straw. The flavor is sweet with an odd spicy note, malt and butterscotch, leading to a bitter finish. Not me.
