Cask at Chapel Beer Festival. Slightly hazy gold beer. Smells a little sulphurous. Light crisp palate. Some sulphur but it’s overwhelmed by sherbetty lemon and pineapple fruits. Finishes crisp and dry. Good - could have been great without the bad eggs!

500 ml bottle, kindly shared by gunnar. ABV is 5.1%. Amber to copper colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of fruity and dusty hops, a hint of caramel. Refreshing and pleasant flavour, hints of toffee, nuts and berries, nicely balanced between the malts and hops. Nothing exceptional, but drinks well.

Bottle from a Costcutter in Penzance. Pours dark copper with a transient off-white head. Aromas of roasted malt and sweetish fruit. Med body. Flavor is floral and sweet light fruit over mildly roasted caramel. Balanced, so not all that bitter, but more bitter than not.
