A blend of 4 malts and hopped thrice. Darkish in colour and strong in character this ale is decidedly Cornish!

Cask på Castle, Holborn 4 Okt 10. Brun. 0 skum. Plommearoma. Søt fruktig smak. Litt vassen men en fin, behagelig sviskeaktig ettersmak.

Cask at Chapel Beer Festival. Clear brown beer. Crisp dry palate. Lively crisp tangy malt. Citrus sharpness with all sorts of fruit going on here. Lemon, orange, pineapple and even some raspberry and strawberry! Biscuit caramel malt. Finishes crisp and dry. Lovely fresh sharp flavours.

(OnTap) Very dark ruby red with good white head. Aroma of dark toffee. Medium body with light carbonation. Tangy start moving to dark toffee flavor with slight bitterness in finish. Overall a nice beer, but not exceptional.

Cask conditioned at The Lamb & Flag, Oxford. Chestnut with white head. Smooth malty beer with a touch of sweetness, nutty and fruity with hints of hazelnut and prune. Some light bitterness in the finish. Reasonable.
