Bottle 33cl, bottled 082012, BB 082015. Aromas of herbs, plume, sweet, fruity, something dusty, vinous, alcohol. Unexpected. Pours brown with a copper shine, tan, frothy head, slowly fading. Some sparkling. Taste is more what I expected. Burned, roasted, some caramel, yet fruity (plume? red fruits), something metalic/paint in the end. Started very good in the nose, but ended rather bad in the mouth.

Small to no head quickly gone.. dark brown with reddish glow.. smell malts sweet.. taste sweet fruity no bitter at all some malts grass.. bottle shared by joes

Clear brown colored pour. Medium-sized tan head. Some lacing. Big brown sugar aroma. Not much else. Molasses flavor with a big metallic note. Some chocolate. Not bad. Not much of a stout though.

Pours deep red-black with a small, frothy, beige head. Settles as a thin film. Aroma has oats, light roasted, mild nutty. Medium carbonation, fine light and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has good roasted malts, light chocolate, liqourice, oats. Quite bitter malty finish. Fine stout.

Black appearance with a red-brown hue. Well roasted malts in the aroma. Flavour has a good balance of bitter and sweet with some treacle, chocolate and dates coming through.

Brown coloured beer with small off-white head and only few carbonation. Roasted malty aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is malty roasted.

Clear dark brown beer, beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malts, oats, mocha, caramel, ash. Light sweet, light sour flavour, chocolate, bitter coffee, milk chocolate, light caramel and light fruity. Finish roasted malts, chocolate.
