Gold pour. Small white. A little lacing. A bit of a corn aroma. Tate is malty, dry roasted corn, some yeast. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(bottle) pours a murky golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of wheat, floral hops and cactus juice, with a hint of lemons and orange peel. flavour is mostly the same, with a hint of caramel, some butterscotch, light alcohol and a light-bitter floral-hoppy finish. medium to heavy-bodied with average carbonation.

33cl bottle. pours a hazy straw yellow with fine--pored generous head, not the only qualities it has in common with Duvel. Tasty is both fresh green apple peel, faint citrus and a distinct unpasteurised eggwhite aroma. Hard to distinguish the amount, let alone all sorts of the 5 hops used, but they cannot all be belgian. Most are crisp, grassy and imparting shy lemon peel notes, but I’d swear there is Citra in it too. Dry, rather light and crisp mouthfeel. Straightforward pale/pilsner malt structure, one-dimensional. Thankfully lowish ABV for a Belgian ale, hence extra points for helping to found a long-due nouvelle vague of sessionale tasteful ales to add some lighter alternatives to Duvel&Co wallops.

Bleekgeel, behoorlijk nevelig bier met medium witte schuimkraag. Aroma van gist, hop, malt, citrus, bloemen. Smaak is medium bitter, heel licht zoet. Beetje waterig, medium body.

Countbeer (4424) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 6, 2013
Bottle: Medium sized white head, changes quick into a half airy half thin lacing on top of a cloudy bright yellow colored beer. Aromas of manure, carbo gass, cactus, some light haps, plant extract a hint of yeast and a sprinkle of mint. Flavours of cream, hops, bitters, yeast, light floral, grass, hint of plants, herbs and malts. Aftertaste is light dry with floral hop tones, yeast and grass. Low carbo, soft light creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture. Pretty ok, expected a bit more but drinkable and not that bad at all.

Bottle shared by Countbeer at minitasting. Very hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell malts, lightly a sour hint, lightly herbs or spices. Taste malts, decently bitter, slightly herbs or spices. Medium body and carbonation. Not bad.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Fruity, light cramelish and somewhat bitter to grassy. Dry and grassy, light phenolic finish.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Slightly yeasty, buttery malty aroma with light notes of citric hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather tame carbonation. Yeasty malty taste with drying subtle fruity hops; moderately dry and slightly bitter finish with mildly fruity hops. Not really convincing. 19.I.13

Tasted at Beerfestival in Hasselt and was pleasently surprised. Strawyellow colour, very little head. Tastes somewhat in beteween a regular blond belgian ale and a typical hoppy beer. Taste is very refreshing and citrussy with a hoppy aftertatse in the mouth. Would be an ideal beer to drnk on a hot summer day.
