My memories were to vague to rate ( plus by the time i remembered i had drank this beer already, i learned its not ok to rate from memorie , i remember it reminded me a lot of karmeliet . So now , 3 y later , anotger bottle shall go open !
Pours very clear, yellow , big fine white foam
Small amounts of rising bubbles .
Smell is grainy , but so unintence , im not sure about that
Soapy, too .. Weird !
Small carbo , nice !
Sweet , in a chemical , ’ made ’ way . Perfume , as i call it . Also grainy , maybe that was what brought karmeliet to mind . It tastes totaly diffrent , though !
Drinkable , but to ’ perfumed’ to me .
Plus i do hate that ugly ass glass !

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with average retention. Aroma consists of light peppery yeast with some rustic malt. Taste is a bit off which makes me wonder if the bottle was still good with light rustic and funky notes, dust and some light peppery yeast notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Overall, this is below standard for the style.
