Draught. Small and quickly disappearing white head. Clear golden body. Aroma a little bit sour. Flavor fruity and sweet in spite of the high alcohol percentage. Low carbonation. Long sweet aftertaste.

On tap at ZBF 08. Fairly standard tripel, good white stone fruit flavours. Nice fruit overall, decent hop on finish and I kinda liked it.

Tap, at ZBF 2006. Faintly hazy gold, good white head and moderate condition. Gently perfumed sweet maltiness in the nose, soft and muted in the mouth with some fruitiness and a touch of yeasty sweetness that becomes dry and chalky and dominant in the finish.

Tap at Zythos Beer festival, March 2007. Attractive bright golden colour with a generous white head. Firm, fruity and spicy aroma. Light estary fruit and subtle spice in the flavours. Touches of citrus and pineapple. Quite firm mouthfeel but rather more grainy, biscuity malt than I like in a tripel. Decent enough but nothing particularly outstanding.

A Sim rate (ZBF): Vanilla and sweet perfume in the aroma with a bit of fresh cut grass, very fresh. Leafy, flowery flavour but nice and summery fresh. Sounds like a washing powder advert but the beer is really good. Contender for my beer of the festival.

Hazy golden with a medium white head. Sweet aroma with spicy yeastiness. Flavours are sweet with a lingering dryness and warming alcohol. Full-bodied. A well-made trippel that does not stand out.
