yngwie (3602), Kristiansand, Norway May 7, 2008 Bottle at the Belgian Embassy in Oslo. Looking nice in the glass, with a hazy, orange body and an off-white head. There was a lovely spiced aroma, with malt and some hops blending nicely in. Quite spiced for a tripel I think, but lovely. The spices weren’t that evident in the mouth, which also was nice, but more on the malty side, with pale malt and a fruity touch. Some hops giving bitterness as well. Effervescent, full-bodied mouthfeel, and a lasting, spiced and quite bitter finish. Yummy! (080410)

Hazy orange. Tomato juice aroma (horror memories of Bud Light Chelada come streaming back...), fruity too. Soft palate at first, but very drying after a while. Biscuity and grainy taste, but lots of fruit too, and tons of tingly hops. Hoppy finish. The tomato was only really noticeable in the glass that had the yeast poured into it.
ogivlado (2381), Zagreb, Croatia Sep 2, 2008 Bottled(330ml). -Golden coloured, huge white head that went away slowly, fruity spicy nose. The taste is also fruity and very spicy with notes of yeast and hops. Alcohol is well hidden. Light bitterish finish.
