Bottle at the Belgian Embassy in Oslo. Looking nice in the glass, with a hazy, orange body and an off-white head. There was a lovely spiced aroma, with malt and some hops blending nicely in. Quite spiced for a tripel I think, but lovely. The spices weren’t that evident in the mouth, which also was nice, but more on the malty side, with pale malt and a fruity touch. Some hops giving bitterness as well. Effervescent, full-bodied mouthfeel, and a lasting, spiced and quite bitter finish. Yummy! (080410)

A 0.33L bottle tasted at Vastarannan Kiiski. White flat head. Clear yellow brown colour. Small particles. Mild soft and fruity taste. Well balanced. Slightly sweet.

Bottle @ KBF in Geel. Hazy yellow/orange beer, big frothy white head. Aroma is syrupy, sweet, malty, a bit cloying. Flavour is sweet, malty and fruity, a bit of spice. Medium bodied. Expected more.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Vastarannan Kiiski, Helsinki, on 2008-09-25) Orange. Hazy. Small white head. Sweet malty nose with some tomato and raisin aromas. Bit sugary palate with medium carbonation. Sugar, malts, chocolate, frutiness, some vegetables, bitterness and tiny hint of sourness in taste. Nice.

330ml bottle (Vastarannen Kiiski, Helsinki, Belgian Weeks) - shared by JK54B and Alpha<br /> Hazy orange. Tomato juice aroma (horror memories of Bud Light Chelada come streaming back...), fruity too. Soft palate at first, but very drying after a while. Biscuity and grainy taste, but lots of fruit too, and tons of tingly hops. Hoppy finish. The tomato was only really noticeable in the glass that had the yeast poured into it.

Bottled(330ml). -Golden coloured, huge white head that went away slowly, fruity spicy nose. The taste is also fruity and very spicy with notes of yeast and hops. Alcohol is well hidden. Light bitterish finish.
