Cask condtioned handpull Hand in Hand, Brighton. Hazy reddish brown colour with pinkish head. Very strong hop again, bit too much alpha acid throws it out of balance. Some toasty malt. Some nice cherry fruit in mouth with slight fruit aroma. Malts are decent, not sure of this one. Not horrible, but just slightly odd.

Bottle. Malty, buttery toast nose. Pours pale gold. Flavour is slightly sour but balanced reasonably by more of that sweet malt. Not bad, but unremarkable.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Hand In Hand Brighton. I could pretty much write the same about this beer as Ye Old Trout except it had slightly more body. Again the taste is on the fruity side and tasted a little homebrewish and green. Very disappointing and overpriced as all the Kemptown beers were bearing in mind they’re brewed on site.

[Cask at The Hand in Hand, Brighton] A deep red beer witha small white head. The aroma is light, but malty. While the flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and strawberries. The only thing bringing this close to dragon blood is the color.

Cask Conditioned at The Hand in Hand, Brighton. Specialy brewed for St. Georges day this is a malty dark beer with plenty of alcohol notes. Some bitterness though not particularly rounded.
