12 oz bottle pous a dark brown/black with a tan head that sticks around. Aroma and flavor completely dominated by mint. Actually smells almost identical to a Girl Scout Thin Mint. A mostly slow-sipper with hints of chocolate coming through past the mint. Pretty nice.

a nice aroma of hops chocolate and a hint of mint and smoke..thin off white head some lacing dark brown color..interesting flavor of chocolate and mint of course a surprising amount of hop tingle and minty finish, bit of yeast as well with a hint of smokiness..medium bodied lightly creamy..overall..a nice novelty and fun to drink tastes like a hoppy impy stout with a peppermint patty melted in it

Pitch black pour, with beige small head, good lacing. Nose is all mint choc chip ice cream. Tastes of coffee, mint, chocolate, bitter hops, nuts, and some light smoke. Refreshing and boozey with a nice creamy mouth. Medium carbonation, medium to fuller mouth. Aftertaste is chocolate chip. Very nice.

Disgusting. Poured a pretty black with minimal head. Nose was faint, but instantly in the mouth it was just horrible. Try second sip and then it was to the drain. The mint was just a huge turnoff for me.

ottle poured a clear dark reddish brown with a small lasting brown head. Aromas of mint, dark chocolate and roastiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of dark chocolate, mint, vanilla and light roastiness with a smooth lingering chocolate mint finish.

Pours an opaque brownish-black from the bottle, with frothy brown head and moderate lacing. Aroma is faint, but mostly chocolates and roasted malts. Taste is much more intense, chocolate, mint, great malts. Very great balance, nothing really jumps out, and alcohol is well hidden. Great stuff.

Black pour with a khaki head. Nose is mint chocolate ice cream, light cookie, dry, and more mint. Very nice on the palate, heavy cookie, backed by mint, cocoa, great finish.

Bottle. Pours black with chocolate head. Aroma is interesting and very pleasant, notes of mint actually come first immediately followed by dark roasted grain and baking cocoa. Flavor is aggressive dark roast, espresso, malt, baking chocolate and mint with a strong dark roasted bitterness, not very sweet. Heavy body with silky mouthfeel and low-medium carbonation. Overall, very interesting, tasty, big beer.

From a 12oz bottle. Poured a pitch black color with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of mint notes, with some chocolate characteristics popping through. Minty, chocolate chip notes - a lot less disgusting than I expected since I haven’t had good experiences with mint in beers before this. Alcohol is really well masked.
