Large head of large brown bubbles. I can smell the toasty chocolate immediately, and I say to myself, please don’t be dry and acidic. Not too bad. Certainly some acidity, but also some body. Lots of flavor, but not my thing. zach8270 (2075), Henrietta, New York, USA

Aroma is rich coffee and dark roasted malts with a very light hint of nuts. Maybe macadamia but definitely not coconut. Flavor begin with a very nice roasted coffee flavor. Lots of roasted malts dominate the middle, mixing with a mild touch of chocolate. The nut flavor comes through at the end. Not a lot of coconut but definitely a nutty flavor. Some sweetness and alcohol warmth come through at the end. Really tasty. TampaBrew (805), Tampa, Florida, USA

It has an aroma of hard roasted malt with notes of chocolate, nuts, coffee, and coconut. The flavor is very nice with chocolate and light notes of coconut and coffee. Velvety mouthfeel and perfectly balanced. A real nice, and memorable porter.
