(Draft @ ME Brewers’ Guild Fest) Dark brown with one finger of biege head. Flavor of chocolate, a touch roasty. Nice depth and richness.

On tap. It pours dark brown with a handsome silky beige head that lingers and laces. The aroma is vibrant with dark, toasted malts, a touch of caramel, and maybe a bit of licorice. The body was light to medium which fits the tee for the style. The taste is upfront sweet but it is quickly overtaken by a potent but enjoyable moderate hopped bitterness. Very nice.
