12 oz bottle. Slight aroma of pumpkin and pie spices. It is a bit heavy on the sweet cinnamon. All in all not a bad pumpkin beer.

Poured from can into shaker. Pours a clear light orange color, two finger white head which rapidly diminishes to a ring on the glass edge. Aroma is typical pumpkin spices, but some hops, and sweetness. Taste is very sweet, with spices and some citrus and resin notes from the hops, but it isn’t particularly balanced. Mouthfeel is a bit thin. There are a lot of better pumpkin ales out there.

Bottle at home pours an amber orange with a thick head. Aroma is pumpkins and cinnamon. Flavor is fairly sweet. A a slice of pumpkin pie in a glass. But a bit too sweet for me. Nice beer.

Light golden orange color with a white head thats gone like yesterday. Aroma of nutmeg, allspice and graham cracker. Taste is about the same. Not much on the pumpkin front. Somewhat thin and light bodied. For what it is though, decent.

What is there to say about pumpkin beer? It’s got the right spices and it’s not overpowering.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from bottle into pint glass: Pours golden with a touch of red. Aroma of nutmeg, pumpkin, sweet malts. Taste is mostly sugar and spices, very little detectable pumpkin. Medium body, high carbonation, pretty sweet. It’s OK.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a light orange amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a fairly good level of retention leaving some foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer is a nice mix of spice of cinnamon, coriander and clove with a decent roasted pumpkin aroma giving a moderately strong spiced like smell to the brew overall. Along with these smells comes a light amount of brown sugar and caramel, which combined with the rest to produce a rather nice pumpkin pie like smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a big spicy flavor of cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg with a decent showing of roasted pumpkin and caramel. The spice stays very strong throughout the taste with a bit of allspice going the profile. Along with this, the roasted pumpkin fades a bit giving a bit of a more “raw” pumpkin flavor to sit on the tongue. Some brown sugar as well as some flavors of a grassy and somewhat herbal flavor is left comes at the end, leaving a rather strong, very spiced ,pumpkin flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on very thin with a carbonation level that is average. For the tastes of the brew a high carbonation level and /or a thicker body would have been better for accentuated the roasted pumpkin over that of the grassy, overly spiced, and “raw” tastes of the beer.
Overall – Ah just OK in the pumpkin brew category.
