COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after Kensington Market’s (in)famous fishmongers on Baldwin Street, FishEYE is a bold and assertive India Pale Ale. We use 4 different varieties of American hops and a heavy dose of caramel malt to create a pleasantly balanced hop-forward IPA. FishEYE-PA pairs well with a burger, spicy Indian food and sharp, strong cheese.

Darker than most IPAs stills has that hoppy grassy clover smell. Lots of bitterness in this one. Stick to the top of your moth bitterness. Huge spike at the start and it doesn’t let up. Then somehow it has a clean finish. I can see some people loving this, I’m not one of them.

On tap at c'est what in toronto. Copper colour. Not as bitter as I would have liked and a bit of a Tom aftertaste. Drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Imbibe. Pours deep copper in colour, slightly off white head. Nice big IPA, not huge. Lots of grassy, citrusy hops and lots of caramel backbone. Good stuff!

The beer pours a slightly hazed golden-red with a frothy light tan cap. The aroma is citrusy hops, caramel, and grass. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with mild carbonation. Flavour is grapefruit, light caramel, and some grainy notes. Very nice, but missing the hop bite.

Draught at The Ship. Dark mahogany, a full beige cap of creamy foam. Sticky lace. Grassy nose is funky, leads to pine but not much fruit. Very bitter, but lacks hop depth... seems dry hopped.Caramel and earthy sweetness are prominent. Fairly balanced overall, medium bodied. Great effort.

Draught at Bar Hop. Pours a deep orange-copper with an average size long-lasting fluffy off-white head. Some lacing on the glass. Mild aroma of malt, grain, light resiny hops and some fruit. Flavour’s hoppier then the aroma suggests, slightly sweet too, with caramel malt and resiny hops and with a decent bitter, dry finish. Medium bodied. Quite enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

grassy, a little on dry side, long grassy hop finish. Solid but not inspiring, could use some dimension (piney or citrusy aromas.)

Smells a little malty, but not a lot of aroma. A little citrus and hops, but minimal. Pours reddish amber with good lacing. Taste has malt and some astringent aftertaste. Palate very one-dimensional. On tap at volos.
