Cask, Derby Winter Fest 13. Pale gold with a bubbly foam. Aromas are crisp lemon with grapefruit and pineapple. Yeasty and grassy with clean grain. Peanuts with pineapple and hints of salt water. Flavours are grassy hops with resinous lemon and mixed tropical fruit. Nutty with sweet grain and a dry, hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Cask @ CBC Clerkenwell. The pour’s light gold with a small head. The nose is peaches, armpit, grass, some lemon peel. The taste is resin, tree bark, fruit salad. Sweet strawberry. Slightly syrupy, bitter finish. Medium body. Overall, not bad. Quite flavorful.

Craft - Clerkenwell. As ’Brewers Reserve Dry Hopped - Single Hop Columbus’. Clear pale gold beer. Tidy white head. Palate is light and semi dry, just a little crispness. Mild minerals. A trace of hop skunk. Mild fresh orange and pith. Trace of tangerine. Semi dry finish. All right.

Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours clear yellow with a fresh, citrusy aroma, some pale malts. Fresh and hoppy flavor with tropical fruits, light pine, mango, lemon. Light to medium sweet. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, well balanced, pale malts, citrus. Great golden ale.

1/2 Pint Cask @ Wenlock Arms. Pale golden, no head safe for some white bubbles (intentionally). Smell is lots of kiwi, floral, flowers, light grass - I am thinking galaxy. Taste is a bit watery / typical cask feel - kiwi, floral, herbs, flowers, white grapes, light bitter herb. Cask body - quite enjoyable.
