HogTownHarry (6064) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - AUG 22, 2013
August 22, 2013 - hand-pull cask at Craft Co (Brixton). Clear bright refractive yellow, solid mottled off-white lasting head. Aroma is nice and subtle/smooth - light noble bitterness and cereal grain, a little gluten/wheat gumminess; taste is very pungently grassy, bordering on herbal, and very grabby - seems like it has more alcohol than it does, quite demanding, in a good way. Average body, almost massively astringent and bitter, mild carbonation and a very very long bitter almost carbonized finish. Gooood!
