Cask conditioned at The Craft Beer Co., Brighton, E.Sussex. Hazy amber with white head. Initially this had quite a caramel note, a little worrying but it did drop off to a woody, earthy note. Lasting bitterness, bready notes. A pretty decent beer in the end.

Cask. Clear copper with a medium sized frothy off white head. Dried green plants, wood, earthy. Light grain and bread. Some light fruity notes. Medium body, light sweet, firm bitterness. Solid work.

On cask at Door Hinge, Welling. Pours copper with an off white head. Tinge of caramel, smoky dry but a little thin. OK.

Nose carries vegetal tones, fruit, nuts.
Taste comprises light hops, caramel, fruits.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, a little bitterness in the finish.

(Cask at Euston Tap, Euston, London, 21 Nov 2012) Amber colour with brief, white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, apricots and citric, slightly earthy, hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried apricots, citrus peel and generous amounts of citric hops in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Nice one.

Cask @ CPK. Light brownish color with a small white head. The nose is standard faint malty caramel and dark fruits. The taste is slick malty twigs, more caramel and toffee. Light dry finish. Smooth and soft. Overall, pretty boring.
