Clear medium to light dark red amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, bourbon, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, bourbon, laber larver (candy licorice). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and a light touch of bourbon.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear, golden amber with a little lacing head. Slight chemical nose of bourbon. Flavour is light bourbon, somewhat a clear flavour, but still light. Quite interesting light bodied yet powerful flavoured. Ends with a lasting bourbon flavour.

Medium body with lightly sweet caramel but otherwise completely dominated by smooth bourbon flavours. The finish is dry. Quite intriguing an idea to bourbon barrel such a "small beer". 180907

Bottled@Cask Pub And Kitchen, London. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is wood, vanilla, some fruits and mild bourbon as well. Flavour is fruits, vanilla, wood and some quite earthy notes. Also some mild notes of alcohol. Bourboony aftertaste. Balanced and quite nice.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear amber, small coarse head. Evident bourbon/vanilla aroma. Sweet and buttery with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Mild with lasting flavours of caramel and bourbon. Low bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty vanilla aroma. Fruity malty oaky vanilla flavor. Has a sweetish malty oaky vanilla finish.

Hazy golden color. Funky aroma, of light Bourbon vanilla, candies and glue. Sweet mouthfeel, with some sweet vanilla too (which is not bad), but lacking of other elements. It has a nice Bourbon vanilla touch, but the rest is missing. And it’s quite strange.
