Opaque dark brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is light, semi dry and a little crisp. Milky sweet malt with a trace of dark chocolate. Light bourbon and a whisper of bubblegum ester. Light dry finish, dark chocolate aftertaste. Somewhat of a clumsy ba stout but it’s okay.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from BottleSelect.com. Pours very dark brown with a creamy/bubbly tan head. Aroma is primarily dark coffee. Must be espresso! Full bodied or better - if possible. The coffee is so extreme. There are hints of oak and bourbon, and cool burnt malt. But this is so xtreme with coffee, it deserves to be evaluated against the Brewdog Paradox series - in terms of impact. Wowser! Memo to self: resume chewing coffee beans.
