Got a growler full of this from the liquor barn(beaumont center) in lexington, ky. It pours copper with a half inch white head. The aromas are strictly malt. Not alot going on here, decent brew but I prefer the Kentucky Ale over this.

Draft at Party Source.
Poured clear copper color with average off-white frothy head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate roasted malt, earthy and woody aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium woody sweet finish of moderate duration.
Solid drinkable brew and standout for style.
Very interesting brew.
