This pours a mostly clear, amber color with a slight foamy head. The aroma is mild with hints of bitter hops. Texture is smooth and easy drinking with a strong bitter flavor that is very herbal and dry. While the flavor is there, it is very strong and a little off-putting after awhile. It finishes with a lingering dry, bitter after taste.

12 oz bottle, thanks to Suttree. Amber pour with ample dense white head. Aroma of sulfur, pine, caramel and orange. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel and toast with moderate bitterness. Medium body, aggressive prickly carbonation. Overall: this is alright.

Oak and tea nose, moderate strength. Hazy orange, medium yellow head, decent lace. Oaky orange peel flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. Nicely balanced with good wood. Probably won’t appeal to the hop heads, but for those who appreciate quality and nuance, this was good.

A clear golden brownish with a correct white head. Malty, caramel flavour in the begining with a litle woody at the end. The taste is dry. Its had a pretty bitter grainy flavor with bits of citrus and a very light sweet aspect. You can feel a little almond flavor. At the end the a solid bitter taste hit your mouth. The moderate alcohol (6.5% ABV) doesn’t disturb the joyness of this spetial beer.

Pours a clear golden with white head. Grass, hay, some cereal malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Drinks more like a pale ale than and IPA.

Brown yellow in glass, nice head thins but doesn’t disappear altogether. Distinct hop aroma, citrus, evergreen and mint. Well balanced sweetness with a crisp bitter finish.

Poured from a tall can into a pint glass to drink. The beer had a semi clear amber-copper color with a modest, foamy white head that had fairly short retention, and light cling and lacing. Its aroma had citrus and grainy notes, with a floral component, along with some touches of yeast and barley. The taste had a pretty bitter grainy flavor with bits of citrus and a very light sweet aspect. It was a fairly thin beer in terms of mouthfeel, with average carbonation, and a dry body.
