Don’t piss in a bottle and tell me it’s an IPA. This stuff in not good. This is not an IPA. This is a light pale ale and not a very good one either.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2014 Kentucky Fried Charleston Trip Beer #29. Draft at my hotel. Pours a clear copper color with a thin tan head. Fair head retention. Aroma of herbal, resin hops and pale, buttery malts. The taste is citrus hops, pale doughy malt. Thin-medium bodied.

Poured an orange color from the can with aromas of floral, citrus and piney hops. Flavors follow suit mostly feint hops with some light malt a kiss of bitterness in the aftertaste.

12oz bottle. Orange color, no head. Aroma of C-note hops. Smells like an American IPA. Soap-like flavors. Heavy hops flavor. Loaded with hops florals, some pine & citrus. Nicely hopped. Malt backbone stands very well. Decent caramel malts, toasted cereal. Finishes with a hop bitterness tingle. This is an American IPA, all the way! Loaded with hops character, very well balanced. Pours orange gold with thin soapy head. Very floral aromas but more malty when tasted. The dry hopping comes nicely at the end. Not complex, but very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clean, light caramel malt aroma. Rich gold color. White soapy lacing head. Clean start with an airy quality. All the substance on this one comes on the finish where its quite bitter, with a thicker mouthfeel.

16oz can, the dry hop gives the flavor of earthy, grassy hop taste, but the malt overtakes the taste of the hops. Decent, but not an ipa that I would buy another. With some tweaking to this brew, it has the potential.

This beer has a beautiful aroma redolent with citrus and hops. However only the hops seem to come through to the flavour which though slightly disappointing still delivers a delicious classically bitter IPA.

Btl pours hazy copper color.Small creamy head that lingers, leaving tiny bits of lace. Smells of light cookie dough malt and hints of citrus and floral hops.Tastes of sweet malt, orange pith and citrus flavored hops.Light body, smooth creamy texture, medium carbonation, dry light bitter finish. While this IPA does not have a complex flavor profile or a unique hop taste, it is balanced, yet simple and that makes it a very drinkable and sessionable beer.
