An unbelievably impressive head is the first thing I noticed on this beer. The head is tall, thick, and rocky. It’s got serious stability and stickiness, leaving tufts of foam all the way to the bottom of the glass. (It’s unfair and probably irrational, I know, but the head was so thick and stable that my first thought was cobalt sulfate.) Other than the appearance, the beer is forgettable. Not much of an aroma….maybe a very faint grassiness. It’s a little watery, but initially somewhat sweet. Crisp, but average finish, and pleasantly drinkable.

VinegarStroke (210) - Napa, California, USA - DEC 30, 2013
Bottle: Pale straw, clear and light white head. Malt and hops. Aromatics are very similar or mass produced European lagers. Slightly stale. Dry, lightly bitter and not sour. Light and short. Some light malt flavors and a hint of hops. Balanced for the style. More like a Munich style. Better than the water in Kenya. If there was nothing else around you’d be happy to drink it.

A lite tasting lager. Mellow, refreshing with a moderate dry finish. Great for a simple taste or with Indian food. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smell of maize. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, some metal. Watery, flat carbon. Mildly sweet.

Golden colour, aroma of sourdough bread. After a decent aroma the taste disappoints. It is smooth and balanced but almost tasteless.

Poured from a cold bottle. Clear yellow color, very small short lived head. Smells like a sour doe bread. Taste like yellow water.

12 Fl. Oz. bottle pours clear yellow with a fizzy white head and some lacing on the glass; very standard lager. Aroma is also quite standard, grainy, yeasty nothing else to it. Flavor is consistent sweet and wheaty/grainy, not hops at all. This is a very easy to drink, again quite standard but it could be a good refreshing beer on a warm day.

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2013 Mild beer that is very normal...nothing special...average taste very slightly sweet no hops
