The Keoki Gold is an all-natural island beer. A medium bodied beer, pale golden in color with a soft, delicate aroma, crisp and complex palate. Each well-balanced sip calls for another.

Yellow in color with a small white head. Malty smells with hints of fruit. Slight sweet taste. Nothing special (other than drinking it in Hawaii). Bar served it in an ice cold glass...

Pours with an large white frothy head, deep gold clear color. Pepper and fruit in the aroma, not bad. Taste is dry and sweet, not bad, actually pretty decent. I likee it better than the average big island brew.

Bottle. Melon malt and pine hops aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Melon malt and strong pine hops flavor. Very hoppy - more like an APA. Nicely made and tasty.

Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (cereal, grain), with a note of DMS. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Hawaiian Busch?

This is a very light bodied drink with a clean sweet grass and wheat aroma. It’s gold wirh a frothy white head that lingers for a while with little lacing action. The flavor is mild, a sweet toffee taste with light fruits and a dash of honey. This is a warm weather session ale.

2008 – Hawaiian Beer Run
Aroma – Light pale malt with a slight hops aroma.
Appearance – Light Yellow in color, Nice head and clear as a bell.
Flavor – Lots of good 2 row malts and a slight hint of spice added to this beer.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, with a dry finish.
Overall – A decent pale ale this was perfect for when we where really hot and needed a cold beer. Had some flavor and went down wonderful. A easy drinking beer for the masses.

Clearish copper coloured body with a honey glow and a soapy, two centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, cardboard, some light sugars and not much else - very mild. Light-bodied; Sharp nutty flavour at first with some cardboard and a hint of toffee noticeable. Aftertaste shows some sweetness, a little bit of earth and mostly malt noticeable, but not much at all, very mild. Overall, a pretty substandard offering, but that was pretty much expected. Not really worth trying, unless you are from Hawai’i and can’t get great different beers very cheaply. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from the Wine Corner in Pai’a, Maui, Hawai’i on 02-March-2010 for US$1.99 sampled at home in Washington on 31-January-2013.
