Jun 6, 2007 Bottle. hazy copper/ gold color with a frothy white head. Somewhat eggy, cereal malt aroma. Terribly thin mouth feel. Slight breadinesss with some fruit. Very decent once I got used to the light flavor.

Jun 25, 2002 Malty and fruity like an icetea. Fullmouth but could be a little bit heavier! Everything tastes wonderful on a patio on Kauai, Hawaii!

Apr 12, 2008 Sudsy white foam goes quick leaving thin suds line. very light yellow coloring. Nice soft caramel malt nose. This has very nice balance between its soft bittnerness and it’s maltiness.
Surprising from a blond ale.

Dec 24, 2005 Maybe it’s the lomi lomi salmon and the tako poke to set the mood ... but I really like this. Sweet nose, sweet toffee and sweet malt, with strong floral hops and sufficient bitterness. It’s a simple golden ale, sure it could be better, and sure it’s nothing special, but it’s certainly quite drinkable. Good clear golden pour with a small white head.

Nov 5, 2005 22oz bottle. Good golden ale! Doughy, a bit sweet, good body, some hop spice runs through it. Solid beer that is changing how I think of Golden ale!
