COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With all-natural ingredients, the Keoki Sunset’s mahogany color hints at it’s subtle balance of delicious, rich flavors. A slight roasted malt taste and good hop aroma gives this Hawaii beer a bittersweet chocolate complexity and a velvet-like body with a quaffable character.

Ingredients:
Malts: 2-Row Brewers Malt, Carapils, White Wheat, Caramel Vienne, Carmel 120L
Hops: Simcoe, for bittering and Vanguard, for flavor and aroma

(Bottled) Clear amber with a small head. Caramely aroma with soft hoppiness. Caramely-malty, dull and smooth flavor with some dry-grassy hops in the finish. Light to medium-bodied, low-carbonated palate. A quickly forgotten brew.

Sampled in Hawaii, poured from the bottle. Aromas of chocolate and caramel malt with some coffee tones; also some floral and citrus hops undertones. A very dark, amber-red color with a thin, off-white, bubbly head, that was quickly gone. The taste was sweet and a bit of chocolate with some coffee flavors too; some bitterness too. The beer was mostly wet with light carbonation and some dry alcohol finish.

Bottle. Pours a murky brownish color- looks like Coca-Cola with a lighter coloer head. sweet malt aroma with a chemical note. Tons of chrystal malt notes and diacytel. A complete mess of a beer.

Gift from my Mom - Amber color with a decent sized beige head. Aroma is of a subdued caramel & roasted malt mix with small hop hints. Taste is roasty, bready, with just a bit of hop bitterness. Not bad. My first Hawaii rating!

Bottle. Burnt molasses aroma. Hazy copper body. No visible carbonation. Off-white head; somewhat lasting but erodes fairly quickly. Good lace. Caramel aspect with hops. On draught is better but this is still good. Draught has hoppier aspect. Appropriately, I enjoyed it at sunset in Hawaii. Sweet. Undercabonated in bottle. This is clearly a beer that is better on draught than in bottle. I took that into account with this rating.

Thanks fto my sister-in-law for this bottle. Nice clean beer. Not quite enough hop bit for me but it was present. Little on the bitter sit.

Very bitter, in a horribly nasty way. Harsh. Amber color. Fluffy white head. Bummed me out.

Draught. Clear ruby brown color with off white head that laced the glass. Attractive aroma of spring flowers, cherry, and sprucy hops. Malty caramel, fig, raisin, and sprucy hop flavors. Very tasty.

22oz bottle on honeymoon. Amber color with a small white fluffy head. Nice balance in the aroma of hops and caramel. Nice balance in the taste, some citrus hops with caramel and candy sugar on the finish with maybe a touch of chocolate. Solid beer

12oz. Bottle: Smells very sweet and fruity, like a sugary candy of some sort. Hints of grape and cranberry in the nose, along with some floral hop. No malt aroma. Amber/light brown color. Clear and sparkling. Medium, rocky, off-white head, with large bubbles mostly diminished. Decent lacing. Flavor is pretty flat. A little malt, a little hop, so well-balanced. Neither sweet nor bitter nor sour. Light body. Soft carbonation. Finish is a little dry and bitter. Nothing special, but smells really nice.
